Ordered two sets of These pro bags over 1 year ago. They lasted a few games and started to come apart at the seams. I contacted Dave strait away and he said he had upgraded the material to a much better option and he would remake them for us. That was January last year, after no further communication and many follow ups I finally had contact from Dave in March or so, and he said he would remake and send them. The new material is 100% nicer and stronger but only One set was sent!! I’m left with out the second set and failing originals, making playing doubles very hard. I have followed up many times and got nothing. I want to love these as the new ones are great quality but I just can’t accept the customer service and paying a lot of money for something that failed so quickly and Whippet not coming through with their promise to remake them. A large waste money this has been, and no contact back after many queries.

Love these bags. They have a slick side and a slower side. Communication from Whippet could be improved.

Great bags. Feel ls like a proper carpet bag like the American one's! Great sticky slow side and a fast paced side. Live them so much!
